This has been a busy year for me! Lots of Weddings, High School Seniors, Families and a few other fun events and sessions mixed in. Usually around the end of November things start winding down and I just have one or two clients who try to squeeze in a session they didn’t get around to earlier. This year the bookings just kept coming in through the end of the year though. Not all that long ago these late sessions would have given me a little anxiety. What would the weather be like? What location will look good during “Stick Season”? What if everyone is cold and unhappy? But now I’m in a place where I am so confident in my abilities to create a beautiful session anywhere, anytime that I am nothing but excited for every session. I know where to shoot in every season and if that doesn’t work out, I have a studio or some great backup indoor locations!
Luckily for this family though the weather was beautiful for their early winter/late fall session. It’s so hard to find time when the family can all be together and I’m so glad I was able to capture these memories for them while their oldest son was home visiting from Boarding School. As always Belvoir Winery did not disappoint and provided lots of beautiful backdrops for their special photos.
